Mobile personal training means your trainer comes directly to you—whether that’s your home, condo gym, workplace, or a nearby outdoor space. This allows you to train in a comfortable and convenient environment without commuting to a gym.

What areas do you serve?

We provide mobile personal training services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York, York, Mississauga, and select surrounding areas.

Do I need my own equipment?

No. Your trainer can bring portable equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, agility tools, and more. If you have equipment at home, we can incorporate it into your workouts.

How long are training sessions?

Most sessions are 60 minutes. Depending on your goals, we may also offer 30-minute express sessions or 90-minute extended sessions.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing varies based on the number of sessions, training frequency, and your location. We offer single sessions, packages, and monthly memberships to fit different budgets and goals.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, fitness history, schedule, and any injuries or limitations before starting.
