Local Trainer is an in home personal training company servicing clients at home or in their condo gyms in Toronto, Montreal, Alberta and most major cities across Canada. We travel to your home and do not charge travel fees.

All Trainers are fully certified, experienced and carry liability insurance.

We are doing our best to provide the best support. Working hours: 

  • Mon – 6 AM – 9 PM
  • Tues – 6AM -9 PM
  • Wed – 6AM -9 PM
  • Thurs- 6AM -9 PM
  • Fri – 6AM -9 PM
  • Sat – 6 AM – 9 PM
  • Sun – Closed.
  • Typically open on many holidays.
