21 Quick & Easy, Delicious Fat-Melting Snacks List!

Add this list to your snacking endeavors and use it to burn the fat and feed your energy levels! It’s that simple. You can also interchange some of the items with other items but be careful not to always pick the tastiest treats.

· Feta cheese and frozen berries

· Celery and or carrots and hummus or natural peanut butter

· Walnuts and a handful of grapes

· 1 apple or tangerine and a handful of Shreddies

· 1 apple and 2 thin slices of cheddar or mozzarella cheese

· 2 Wasa crackers, sliced tomatoes and a splash of balsamic vinegar with bocconcini cheese slices

· 8 oz glass of green tea and ½ cup low fat cottage cheese mixed with green grapes

· Pear and or banana slices topped with cinnamon and a glass of skim milk

· Quick shot Smoothie: 1 scoop whey “isolate” protein powder mixed with ½ cup berries and 1 cup skim milk

· ½ red/yellow/orange pepper cut in half filled with red onions, splash of olive oil and low fat cottage cheese

· 2 *Wasa or Ryevita crackers with 1-teaspoon horseradish on each cracker and topped with cucumbers/celery/carrots/cauliflower/other green vegetables

· Glass of lemon water with 2 cups popcorn lightly salted with sea salt and cheese/chilli powder

· ½ cup low fat plain yogurt with ½ cup all bran and strawberries or raspberries

· Ryevita/Wasa Brushetta: sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, parsley, balsamic vinegar and garlic

· Celery with salsa and a ½ can of tuna

· Pineapple slices with ½ cup low fat plain yogurt and cinnamon

· ½ red/orange/yellow pepper filled with feta and salsa

· 1 hard-boiled egg with 1 tbsp ketchup

· Whole-wheat pita stuffed with spinach, banana peppers, chopped artichokes and 1 tsp Italian dressing

· Imitation crab with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic dipping sauce

· Squash (cut squash into thin slices with a dicer) /Quinoa/Buckwheat pasta with vegetables

*Ryevita and Wasa Crackers are whole rye low calorie crackers that can be found in most general grocery stores in North America.
